Game 444 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan's Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to Game 444. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Game 444 ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at game444.biz (the "Platform"). By accessing the Game 444 platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on Game 444, including cricket betting, PSL betting, esports betting, baccarat, roulette, the refer-a-friend programme, and any other features that may be added to the platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Game 444 platform.

These Terms were last updated in June 2025. We reserve the right to update them at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of Game 444 after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access the full features of Game 444 – including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and making deposits and withdrawals – you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet the requirements below.

Eligibility requirements for Game 444 registration:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate, institutional, or automated registrations are not permitted.

Game 444 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, and at any time we have reason to review an account. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

When requested by Game 444, you agree to provide the following documents promptly:

• Proof of identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your registered address, dated within three months.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or bank account registered to your Game 444 profile.

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of our request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts with pending verification holds. Game 444 may retain funds in a suspended account for up to 90 days while attempting to contact the account holder and complete verification.

Game 444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All deposit transactions are processed directly in PKR with no currency conversion fees charged by Game 444. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• The minimum deposit at Game 444 is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your Game 444 balance within seconds of confirmation.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours to credit depending on your bank's processing times.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where someone else funds your Game 444 account on your behalf – are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Game 444 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments.

Game 444 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and reliably. Players may request a withdrawal of available funds (real money balance, excluding locked bonus funds) at any time subject to the conditions below.

• The minimum withdrawal amount at Game 444 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, unless you have completed KYC verification and submitted a formal payment method change request.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of a verified request being submitted. During high-traffic periods – such as PSL finals or major cricket tournaments – processing may extend to 48 hours, though we make every effort to process sooner.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals above Rs 20,000 held pending document submission.
• Game 444 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Any transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are their responsibility and not Game 444's.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing queue. If you wish to reverse a pending withdrawal, contact support@game444.biz immediately and we will attempt to stop it, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Game 444 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including deposit match bonuses, free bets, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms published with each promotion.

General bonus rules applicable at Game 444:

• Bonuses are credited to your Game 444 account as bonus funds, not withdrawable real money. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for the Game 444 welcome bonus is 8x the total of deposit plus bonus amount. For example, if you deposit Rs 2,000 and receive a Rs 2,000 bonus, you must wager Rs 32,000 in total before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• Each promotion at Game 444 will clearly state its applicable wagering requirement, eligible markets, minimum odds requirements, and expiry date. It is your responsibility to read these before claiming a bonus.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is a violation of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, esports betting, and live in-play betting at Game 444. These rules apply in addition to any market-specific rules published within the betting interface.

• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet at Game 444 is Rs 100. Accumulator bets have the same per-selection minimum.
• Maximum bet: Maximum stake per bet varies by market type and event. The applicable maximum is displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet receipt with a unique reference number. An unconfirmed bet has no standing at Game 444.
• Obvious pricing errors: If a market is published with an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, Game 444 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. We will notify affected players and return stakes promptly.
• Abandoned events: If a cricket match, esports event, or other fixture is abandoned before a result can be determined, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed before the abandonment point may be settled or voided depending on whether the specific market has already resolved.
• Live betting: Live in-play markets at Game 444 carry a brief processing delay of several seconds after you submit a bet. During this period the odds may shift. If accepted odds differ from available odds at settlement, the bet is settled at accepted odds.
• Cash Out: Where a Cash Out option is displayed for a live bet, you may request early settlement at the offered value. Cash Out availability is not guaranteed and may be suspended at any time due to match conditions.

Game 444 offers live casino products including live dealer baccarat and live dealer roulette. The following additional terms apply to casino product use on the Game 444 platform.

• Casino games at Game 444 use certified random number generation (RNG) and live dealer mechanics supplied through licensed third-party providers. Game 444 does not manipulate or modify game outcomes.
• Minimum bet amounts and table limits for each casino game are displayed on the game interface before you join a table.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the round in progress is determined by the game server logs and is final. Game 444 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service or device.
• Bonus wagering contributions from casino games: live baccarat and live roulette typically contribute 10% towards bonus wagering requirements at Game 444 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Game 444 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or gain any advantage over Game 444's systems.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonuses, or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors across Game 444 and other platforms with the intent of risk-free profit extraction.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players – whether at the same poker or casino table or in trading information about live sports events in real time – to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption relating to a sporting or esports event on which you have placed a bet at Game 444.
• Providing false identification, misrepresenting your age, or submitting fraudulent documents during the verification process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your Game 444 account.
• Using Game 444 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

Game 444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of prohibited tools.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal from a player's payment provider.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Game 444 may withhold all or part of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach. In cases where the account is closed at your own request and no Terms violation has occurred, your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
